In 1997 the first pupils to have done all their education in the Diwan network of Breton-medium schools sat the baccalaureate. Today Alan, Bleuenn, Maela and the others are nearly thirty. They've all started their careers. Most of them have got a partner. Some have children. What have they done, and what do they want to do, with the language that was entrusted to them? Does Breton seem to them to be an advantage or a handicap? Or do they simply feel unconcerned? Are they ready to fight for the survival of the language as their parents did? This documentary makes use of footage from the past and the present to get as close as possible to the lived reality of a series of individual trajectories that have a strong collective childhood experience as their common starting point.
