In April 1922, 13 Protestants were murdered in the course of three bloody days and nights in West Cork's Bandon Valley. It is thought that the killings were carried out by rogue elements of the Anti-Treaty IRA, despite the fact that Ireland's War of Independence had been over for almost a year. In the decades afterwards, a great silence descended all sides of the community. "CSÍ: Cork's Bloody Secret" tells the horrifying story of these events. For the first time, the descendents of some of the victims break their silence on the cold blooded murder of their ancestors.
