Every director, cameraman and television professional use the same vocabulary to communicate shot sizes, moves and directions. Colin McNeilly, a BBC Northern Ireland cameraman, discusses this and other camera fundamentals such as framing, moving cameras, and basic lighting setups.
Colin has been with the BBC for over 25 years and has supervised multi-camera operations on local and network programs. Has has also shot and lit a variety of documentary, light entertainment and education programs.
