Here Be Dragons
Here Be Dragons is an audience sketch show on BBC Radio Wales starring and written by some of the brightest, most exciting names on the UK comedy scene – all of whom just happen to be Welsh. Mixing instantly grabby characters, keen observation and infectious silliness, sketches are set in the made-up town of Pontycwai and focus on the familiar world of people’s homes, cafés, launderettes, salsa classes, blokes on a night out… but with an eccentric twist. A first series won the bronze award for Best Comedy at the 2014 Radio Academy Awards. A second series followed in Spring 2015.
