Stories from 1916 project
The Stories from 1916 project and online multimedia portal evolved out of the docudrama A Terrible Beauty. It is a "Living History" project, a digital portal for the collection and presentation of stories of the participants and living relatives of all those involved in the Rising in Dublin in 1916, Rebel, British soldier and civilian. We are engaging with relatives across the world and presenting their stories in narrative, photographs, audio and video formats.
