The John Toal Show
The John Toal Show shares the stories of people from all walks of life – inspiring, truthful, often funny and poignant. For many of our guests it’s their first time on radio. We aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where microphones are forgotten and people can share their stories. Celebrating food is a huge part of the show and popular chef Paula McIntyre’s lively banter with John and guests has been a crucial element of the programme’s success. The show also contains crafted audio made by John Toal who has a gentle, fun broadcasting style and a natural curiosity about people.
