Pawb a’i Farn : Black Lives Matter
The killing of George Floyd in the USA triggered global response including Black Lives Matter protests across Wales. In the immediate light of this, Welsh language debate show Pawb a’i Farn invited contributors to discuss their experiences of racism. What it means to be black, brown, Welsh and Welsh-speaking ; does the colour of your skin still affect your life chances ? The programme revealed harrowing and uncomfortable truths about today’s Wales, delivering the message that #BLM issues should be at the core of our democracy and that things must change for Welsh citizens of colour.
