The 48th Celtic Media Festival will take place from the 1st to the 3rd of June 2027 in the Palexco in A Coruña.

A Coruña is a lively coastal city in Galicia, north-western Spain, celebrated for its urban beaches, vibrant street life, and deep Celtic roots—symbolized by the majestic statue of the legendary Celtic king Breogán standing guard near the coast. Its defining icon is the Tower of Hercules—the world’s only Roman lighthouse still in active operation—complemented by historic landmarks such as the San Antón Castle, the glass-balconied Modernist buildings along the Cantones, and an atmospheric Old Town anchored by the majestic Plaza de María Pita. The city seamlessly combines a rich cultural scene—featuring world-class museums like the Domus, the Science Museum, and the Finisterrae Aquarium—with a famed lifestyle centred around shopping, bustling gardens, and exceptional Galician gastronomy highlighted by fresh seafood and traditional empanadas.
