Gary Speed: 10 Years On
In 2011, Welsh football was rocked by the death of the Wales manager Gary Speed. The 42 year old was in the process of revolutionising the national side which would lead to an unprecedented period of success. Ten years later, this documentary revisits the fateful day the news of his passing broke, speaking to former team-mates, friends and players from the Wales squad that are still as incredibly emotional as they were on that day a decade ago. It explores what happened, why it happened and looks at what legacy his life has left behind.
