Y Cwis Pop
Y Cwis Pop listens to what young people want and delivers - their show, their music, their voice. The quiz pitches secondary schools from across Wales against each other, building tension in social media 'challenge videos,' featuring cover peformances from the teams and a fantastic knowledge of the current pop scene in Wales and beyond. It has nurtured new contributors, even new presenters - and schools have started using the programme as a learning tool and a gateway to Welsh language radio. Here's a music strand that takes little seriously, yet has unlocked a show that entertains, informs and educates.
