Blas 5X5 is the world music series that plays five of the biggest hits from around the world that you’ve never heard of. Presenters Proinsias, Caoimhe and Tessa visit five different countries each week, introducing their biggest stars and their tracks that are topping the charts but haven’t made as far as the UK and Ireland. With different music genres, languages and shout outs from some of the artists themselves, this series gives listeners a chance to escape the commercial charts and get a taste of the vast talent and variety of music the world has to offer.
