Where would we be without music from which so many of us derive pleasure, the talent and ability of musicians to move us, cheer us up or perfectly express how we feel never ceasing to amaze. Research has shown that the majority of musicians struggle with depression or anxiety at some point in their lives. Singer Mischa MacPherson looks at some of the reasons behind this and through speaking to various musicians hears about the impact that it has on their lives. Speaking openly and honestly, musicians such as Corrina Hewat and Ross Ainslie will offer a powerful and personal insight into this issue.
