Beti George - BBC Radio Cymru

Beti George is an institution and has been, for over 40yrs, Wales’ foremost TV and radio personality. She combines a searing intelect with humour and wit and is as at home on a one-to-one, intimate interview basis as she is in front of the masses at Cardiff Singer of the World or the National Eisteddfod. Her ‘Beti a’i Phobl’ podcast is the most listened-to by a country mile; she embraces change, her research as scientific as ever and her enthusiasm for the continued success of Radio Cymru, unmeasured. A national treasure who deserves all the accolades she gets.
