The stories of those who live in the tower blocks of an infamous and ethnically diverse Cardiff council estate - told across the BBC, across every platform, across one week. BBC Wales led the project making everything from radio documentaries to comedy videos to TV news reports WITH the people of Butetown - so an estate much talked about, but rarely heard from, could finally have its say. And to the entire UK. #towerlives was on Radio 2; BBC Three; News Online; Facebook and we collaborated with 1Xtra to bring shows live from the estate, giving local MCs national airplay.
