Deian a Loli is a live-action series about mischievous twins who have magical superpowers, utilizing some CGI and greenscreen sequences to enhance the magic. The children can freeze their parents, leaving the twins free to go on all kinds of adventures in a heightened world where the only limit is their imagination. It's Halloween, but Deian and Loli don't want to go to the party with mum and dad. But with a ghostly visitor in the house they have no choice but to face their fears and go to the prestigious Dygwyl y Meirw (Day of the Dead) celebration!
