In this historical documentary we will learn how Wales was changed forever at the turn of the Second World War as hundreds of thousands of people reached the country; evacuees whole departments of the goevernment, workers and American GIs. We learn what it was like for the Welsh on the front line and how the war impacted some of Wales' rural communities.
