Being Jewish In Scotland

The Jewish community has been well integrated in Scotland for centuries, but their story is not well known. Peaking at around 20,000 in the 1930s, their number has now shrunk to just 6,000 today. Despite that the community remains vibrant and “really punches above its weight” according to Scotland’s most senior religious leader - Rabbi Moshi Rubin. This warm, intimate film tells the story of a diverse community through a series of contemporary portraits of Jewish people living in Scotland today.
