150 years ago, Nicholson School was opened in Stornoway. Many things have changed since then - but today, MacNicholas School is the only secondary school in Lewis. In total, more than a thousand pupils receive education in it. But what is the school like for what it is? And what are the opinions of the pupils themselves? Radio nan Gàidheal has given some sixth year pupils the opportunity to take us on a journey to answer these questions - between the classrooms and the music halls. We will hear plenty of ideas and questions from a group that is coming to their last year at McNichols School - while they also chat with teachers and pupils to give us a picture of school life in 2023.
