COLM O’REGAN WANTS A WORD features the Cork born writer and comedian as he talks about one of his favourite subjects - our use of language. And in this special show Colm wants a word about the Irish language – the oldest written vernacular language in Europe. With Colm on this 'turas scoile' are actors Paul Tylak and Tara Flynn plus guest Peadar Ó Caomhanaigh from Raidió na Life; founder of pop up Gaeltacht and regular contributor to the Motherfoclóir podcast. The award winning series is broadcast in the peak time 1.30 pm slot every Bank Holiday Monday on RTÉ Radio 1.
