Smooth tour is a slow tv format produced last march during the lockdown to offer viewers the unusual and incredible view of the main Galician cities completely empty as if they were frozen in time. Silence, slow driving, no people around, zero activity, a very shocking experience for everyone. A natural portrait of a period of time with no precedents in the recent history of the planet where we will see things from a completely new perspective. One car, one single camera, no editing, no voice over, no music, just ambient sound and the astonishing emptiness of the streets and roads in a way they have never ever been seen before. The idea was to offer the audience a first-hand tour around the main Galician cities using only their own eyes to see what the camera is recording without any other audiovisual resources. This new slow tv series was broadcasted after the weekend Prime Time slots, driving us quietly around Vigo, Pontevedra, Ourense, Santiago, Lugo, A Coruña and Ferrol.
