Firmly rooted in his home town of Caernarfon, self-taught Chris Roberts has a passion for cooking. A social media hit with his ‘what you see is what you get’ attitude, Chris draws on tastes and styles from all over the world and loves using fire and smoke to prepare his own no-fuss recipies. For this episode he ages some of Wales’ finest produce to create never-before-seen dishes with highlights include a Japanese ‘sando’ sandwich featuring Welsh steak and a huge wheel of pasta-filled cheese paired with Aber Falls’ new whisky - cooked al-fresco in front of Rhaeadr Fawr waterfall.
