Burns Night with BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra
A specially commissioned concert, produced during lockdown to celebrate the music of Robert Burns, broadcast on Burns Night both on BBC Scotland and BBC Radio Scotland. Featuring the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, arranged & conducted by the late great John Ashton Thomas who sadly died in October 2021. Filmed without an audience due to Covid 19 restrictions - performers included Eddi Reader, Karen Matheson & Robyn Stapleton.
