BBC Radio Cymru is the national Welsh language radio station. The station has a rich and varied timetable of programmes that enrich, entertain, challenge and reflect Wales and its people. We mainly play Welsh language music – from rock to jazz, classical to pop, traditional to the cutting edge. Journalism is at the core of the service as we reflect the stories and viewpoints of Welsh speakers across Wales and beyond. We have a comprehensive sports service of both regional and international events, and our documentaries ask big questions about the issues that are important to our audiences.
