Patagonia - Cuairt Gu Crìoch na Cruinne

In this two-part series, crofter Keith MacDonald returns to South America—a continent he lived and worked in a decade ago. This time, he's on a journey to uncover the story of the Scots who emigrated there over a century earlier, including one of his own ancestors. While retracing their footsteps, Keith will discover Patagonia today. A vast, rugged land home to dramatic landscapes, incredible wildlife and inspiring people. In episode one, Keith journeys from his home in the Scottish Hebrides to Chilean Patagonia, joining a traditional sheep drive, tracking pumas and reconnecting with his Chilean relatives. In episode two, he travels through Argentine Patagonia, where he kayaks to the Perito Moreno Glacier, gathers cattle on horseback with Gauchos, and discovers a dark chapter of Scottish history in Tierra del Fuego.
